it makes you wonder....

it makes you wonder how people on a flight can come together and try and fight back. some were trying to get home to there families, some were on business and some were maybe just going on vacation and even though that plane was intended to hit the capitol building it was the courage of the people on that flight who died trying to stop those people who hijacked the plane. They stopped that plane from going into another building and even though they never made it to there destination. We all THANK those men and women on UNITED Flight 93 for saving more people from dying. You will always be remembered in our hearts!

It's been 10 years - NEVER FORGET!

10yrs ago today something tragic happened that we will never forget. For us we thought of it as a normal day and for those who thought it would be a normal day at the office never pictured what would unfold on that day. They thought that they could bring us down and tear us apart but it only made us stronger and better as a whole. Those towers may have collasped but they will forever be a pictured embeded into our minds forever and even though we don't have they nice skyline anymore we have all the memories of those who helped out that day whether it was those firefighters, police officers, port autority police and others who gave it there all to help save those people and for those that died trying to save lives. They watched as people jumped out of there office window to only fall to there death, they watched as the buildings collapsed but for those that they did get to safety we thank you. Even though the events that happened on that day were meant to break us and tear us apart it made us as a nation closer. The last two men to be pulled out of the rubble the next day were 2 port autority police officers who worked for the bus terminal Sergant John McLoughlin and Will Jimeno they along with 3 other port authority officers went into the world trade center to try and save people and even though the others did not survive we THANK the 2 that had the courage and the fight to stay alive. Strangers were brought together on that day some became friends and some were just there to comfort. This was a tradegy that will always be embeded in our mind every year that goes by but we will not let what happend on that day to change us. We thank all the men and women everyday who fought hard to protect and died protecting us. Today is a day for rememberance and a day to say THANKS. It may have been a dark day on tuesday, September 11, 2001 but that will never change us. We stand tall and say that WE ARE PROUD TO BE AMERICANS!

Royal Wedding...

As we all sat and watched the wedding we wondered would it be different if princess diana was still alive? We all remember that faithful day when princess diana died. But did she know that she was destined to die in that tunnel that day? Some people think it was an accident but to me that was no accident somebody had to know she was getting into that car and somebody had to know the route she was taking for the plan to work. She was murdered and even though we still don't have justice we all remember the woman that once was....Diana Princess of Whales.

A Dark Day 10 Years Ago...

Everyone remembers the day that changed the sport of NASCAR forever....the day we lost Dale Earnhardt. Whether you were in the grandstands that day or viewing it from your couch we all remember the crash on the last lap of the 2001 daytona 500. As we stood up in utter shock of what just happened we were taken back to all the times that he wrecked that were far more deadly then this one but when Ken Schrader got out of his car and walked over to Dale's car and took his window net down and took one look and stepped back we all knew that Dale was gone. How could someone that had one 7 championships and countless amounts of races and been a fixture in this sport die? As we get ready to mark the 10th anniversary of Dale Earnhardt's passing we don't look back on that the day he died but what he has done for this sport and all the lives he has touched. He should be remembered for what he has done in this sport and all the changes that were made to make it safer after he died. Dale Earnhardt paved the way for many drivers like Jimmie Johnson & all the young drivers coming into this sport. He was an inspiration to all and he will never be forgotten so let's take the time to remember a legend that was taken away from us far too soon. We wonder where he would be today if he was still around...would he still be racing? or would he be retired and playing more of the owner role? But i guess it's all left to just wonder. I can't believe it's been 10yrs it seems like just yesterday i was watching it on TV and saw the whole thing happen and was left in shock like everyone all over the world. But all that is in the past and we don't need those people to show the replay of the accident every year we need to just show clips of what he has done in this sport and not always be remembered for the tragedy but for the legacy that he left behind.

Joey Logano & Who wears the firesuit in the Family?

Even though Joey Logano is only 20 he still needs to man up in certain situations and take it like a a man. I think that if he wants to make it in this sport that he can't have his father being around him and let him handle situations like these himself cause that's the only way he'll be accepted in this sport. Now onto the thing he said a pocono about Delana Harvick wearing the firesuit in the family and telling kevin what to do. I think he said that out of anger & frustration but onto that subject...Why does Delana Harvick wear the firesuits when all the other NASCAR wives just wear normal clothes? Is she trying to make some sort of a statement? Why should it matter what you wear to a NASCAR race when your there to support your husband/boyfriend....All that should matter is that they are there playing a role and helping out the team and watching there husband/boyfriend race and it really shouldn't matter what you wear. I don't think delana is at all trying to make a statement nor do i think that she wears the firesuit in the family or even tells kevin what to do. Kevin is who he is and Delana is who she is and let's just leave it at that. Those comments that joey made he made out of frustration and what was trying to deal with the situation at hand but come on your a grown adult why are you acting like a big cry baby on national television? I don't think that sets a good example for all your fans that it's ok to go out and do that and that's it's ok to have your daddy there to back you up. Mr. Logano needs to take a step back and let his son deal with these situations himself, cause that's the only way he's ever gonna learn in this sport.

Hall of Fame induction: Remembering 'The Intimidator'

What do you remember about Dale Earnhardt? He is the one that everyone watched out for every single week he was the one that Richard Childress gave up his seat in his car to let Dale Earnhardt drive for him. He has done alot for this sport and ever since his death his i think alot of changes have been made as far as safeness in this sport and keeping the drivers as well as the fans safe. We don't need to have another tragic death happen as we witnessed on the day that Dale Earnhardt died on feb 18, 2001! The greatest moment in history was when Dale Earnhardt won the Daytona 500 in 1998 and when every crew member from every team lined up down pit road awaiting dale earnhardt and slapping him in the hand and congradulating him on winning the biggest race of the year. A moment like that will never happen again and i think that with the 76 wins and his 7 championships and all that he has accomplished and set in this sport, that Dale Earnhardt should be apart of this inaugural class and should be remembered not only has a father, a son, a great family man but someone who has changed the sport of NASCAR and for someone who put a big staple in this sport and will always be remembered for what he has done in his life & racing career. 'Continue The Legend' We love & Miss you Dale!
