A year to remember...Thankyou!

It's hard to believe that this year long ride is now officially over. No one thought this would really even happen. No one thought it would blow up the way it did but thanks to all the members of the Army we stuck together and went along on this crazy journey. If it wasn't for a social network site called twitter none of us would of been able to meet and get to chat and have our "tweet time" with the guys. I'd like to say this to all my blockheads and to the guys. Thanks for all the many memories and making our dreams come true. Even in these troubling economic times we still banned together and we helped each other and we stood by each other and we had the comfort of being able to listen to them sing again and also would like to give a big Thanks to Dave Harris whom if it wasn't for him we wouldn't get to have our block parties every friday. Again thanks for taking the time to make this all a reality and letting us share memories and have our face time with all of you. We love you and whatever happens in the future we will always stay strong the army will never die it will only grow and get bigger. We just hope that even though it's over for the time being that you will still be able to come on and tweet with us. We still want to know what your up to and that you haven't forgotten about us. Again Thanks and to my 5 Brothers & 5million Sisters you all rock. love you all.

Kevin Harvick wants out of RCR...Jeremy Mayfield failed drug test. what is going on in the world of NASCAR today?

To start off Kevin Harvick has decided to leave RCR at the end of the season. Do you think it's the right move? We'll i think for him it may be the right time to move on and venture off elsewhere. Where he will go remains to be seen. But i don't think it has anything to do with his race team and the fact that he is not performing well. I think it has to do with him wanting to be able to go elsewhere and have that chance at winning a championship. Not that he couldn't do it with RCR but i think for him he'll finally get to have a say on what happens to him now. Will he end up with Stewart-Haas Racing and will that organization be expanding to a 3rd team. If i had to see him somewhere it would be Stewart-Haas only cause tony & kevin get along so well and kevin has a lot to offer, a lot to bring to the table. So in the end whatever happens to kevin harvick im sure we'll support him and continue to have his back as he ventures on to bigger and better things.

Now onto another story this one about a driver who tested positive for drugs then gets suspended then goes to court makes them give him another chance, they lift the suspension and subject him to random drug testing the fans & nascar is not happy wants the ban to be reinstated. Gets his 1st random drug test and guess what he fails. Again he tested positive for meth. Oh Jeremy just because you are out of a job because of bad performance why would you go out and do drugs knowing full well what the consquences were (shane hmiel) and then lie about it to save your ass. That's just low and look now your paying for it. You begged they gave you one more shot and you blew it. Why cause you knew full well that no sponsor wanted to take you on and no team was gonna waste there time, money & efforts into supporting you cause you don't have anything good to show for it. So i'd take this time to look back on your NASCAR Career and your life now and say to youself "how did i ever get into this mess in the first place" so take this ban as a time to make you realize what went wrong, what you did wrong and how can i step up and make that change. I know that with your wife as a good support system you will be ok. You just need to make the effort and start by admitting you have a problem then go out and maybe check yourself into rehab then go spend sometime with your wife and then when your good and ready come back into racing and try your luck in some of the other series besides nascar and show not just NASCAR but the fans as well that you can and are willing to change for the better. We don't want you to be the most hated man in NASCAR but at least show us that you are a good person and can change.

Random Blog....

just wanted to share with you all my Kyte channel so go check it out and watch some of the videos i posted...more to come.

50 is the new 30....In NASCAR when does age come into affect?

You would think that if your over 50 then it would be time to retire from racing but, one driver has brought the whole age thing back. Given a rocker back in 2005 calling it his last hoorah we all thought does this mean that when drivers get up there in age the driver ponders the thought of calling it quits like dale jarrett & michael waltrip but when we all thought that Mark Martin was gonna retire we were like ok the young hot shots have taken over...But forward to 2009 and Mark Martin racing for Hendrick Motorsports did we actually think that he would explode the way he did....NO! But i think it's time we call it a "Dream Season" for Mark if he doesn't win the championship, we won't be disappointed but we will all remember this season as how age really doesn't matter when it comes to racing it just matters all well you run...and if your going out there and beating the young ones then we know that there shouldn't be a certain age when it comes to thinking about retirement but it should be about can you go out there each week and stay with and run up there with all these new younger drivers.

Jeremy Mayfield, Shane Hmiel and NASCAR'S Drug Policy...

Well let's talk about the latest driver abusing the drug policy, Jeremy Mayfield. Do you think that he should be banned 4life from NASCAR or do you think he should be subjected to random drug testing? We'll as you all may remember a former NASCAR hot shot Shane Hmiel he abused the drug policy and got suspended then after all that begging and pleading to let him back in they subjected him to random drug testing and one drug test came back positive and that's what got him banned 4life. Now on the subject of Jeremy Mayfield if your gonna give that one strike then do it and subject him to the random drug testing and see how well he takes to that...But then again who is gonna hire a driver that not only got himself into this mess but really doesn't run well with the top drivers. Why waste your time, money & efforts into somebody that really isn't gonna produce much. If you ask me maybe he'd be better off in some other form of racing or maybe it is time to think about retiring. I'm not saying he is a bad driver it's just that in today's market we need somebody that will be able to have & promote a sponsor and perform well enough to keep it. We want someone who will make us money not lose us money. So i'd say either ban him or let him drive allowing him to be subjected to the random drug testing...But again in the end who's gonna hire him...Who's gonna give him that chance to make a comeback. I mean you would be stupid if you did but then again i guess give the poor guy one more shot at it and if it doesn't work out then maybe let him go.

Daytona...and driver dumping?

In the aftermath of the daytona race tony stewart was beating himself up in victory lane that he thought he was a 'dirty racer' and did that to kyle busch but in the video it clearly shows that tony stewart tried to pass on the inside and got blocked when he went on the outside kyle busch went up to try and block him but ended up in the wall. Now let me ask you this Who is at fault here? The driver that won the race or the driver that put himself into the wall? Kyle Busch can say he got 'dumped' but if you view the footage it clearly shows that he brought it on himself by trying to block tony and not know he was there. So in the end i guess you can say it's 'Plate Racing' and that's what is gonna happen. Also what happens on a plate track should stay on a plate track. Tony Stewart should of had the right to celebrate not the right to blame himself and Kyle Busch should know that if you block someone once that's fine but do it twice and in the wall you go.

MWR & Theresa Earnhardt? What Happened to keeping a legacy alive?

There are some people who think that Truex's move to MWR is good and some who think it was the wrong move. but again who are we to go out and judge. I'm glad that Michael Waltrip is gonna step down somewhat and take more of that 'ownership' role in his company he hasn't really done that much in his career to really impress us and make that leap from driver to driver/owner hasn't really been that stellar. I think Martin will do a good job over there i don't think it will be that good to really run up there but i do think with his knowledge he can go out there and make MWR good enough to go out an compete with some of the best teams. It may take him awhile but he will get there like michael his career hasn't been that stellar but i do think that Theresa was holding him back, wouldn't let him go out and be the driver he could of been or should of been. Don't hate, don't doubt the proof will be in the performance and how well he can get along with those guys and i hope that Michael will help guide him through and take that 'ownership' role more seriously. On another note i don't think that Theresa Earnhardt should be in NASCAR anymore, she has turned a company that Dale Earnhardt started & founded into something today that we have watched crumble right before our eyes. It all went downhill when Dale Jr left and hasn't been the same since. She's bascially a money hungry woman, living off her husband's name. Just because she has the name Earnhardt doesn't mean she had go out and run the company the way she wanted to. She should of kept his legacy alive instead of destroying it.

Remembering The King of Pop

As we embark on this day the day we will finally lay to rest, not just a man but a hero, a father, a son & a king. Let it be known that today we celebrate not just his music but the man behind the music, the man behind the mirror. Today is not a day for disrespect but a day to celebrate the legacy of his life. His memory will live on forever. Let us take time to celebrate the life of Michael Joseph Jackson. If it wasn't for him some of the greatest musical acts today would of not made it through the ranks. Let it be known that we the people will always remember the day on June 25, 2009 as a day we lost a legand, like the day that we lost Elvis Aaron Presley we lost Michael Joseph Jackson.
