Kevin Harvick wants out of RCR...Jeremy Mayfield failed drug test. what is going on in the world of NASCAR today?

To start off Kevin Harvick has decided to leave RCR at the end of the season. Do you think it's the right move? We'll i think for him it may be the right time to move on and venture off elsewhere. Where he will go remains to be seen. But i don't think it has anything to do with his race team and the fact that he is not performing well. I think it has to do with him wanting to be able to go elsewhere and have that chance at winning a championship. Not that he couldn't do it with RCR but i think for him he'll finally get to have a say on what happens to him now. Will he end up with Stewart-Haas Racing and will that organization be expanding to a 3rd team. If i had to see him somewhere it would be Stewart-Haas only cause tony & kevin get along so well and kevin has a lot to offer, a lot to bring to the table. So in the end whatever happens to kevin harvick im sure we'll support him and continue to have his back as he ventures on to bigger and better things.

Now onto another story this one about a driver who tested positive for drugs then gets suspended then goes to court makes them give him another chance, they lift the suspension and subject him to random drug testing the fans & nascar is not happy wants the ban to be reinstated. Gets his 1st random drug test and guess what he fails. Again he tested positive for meth. Oh Jeremy just because you are out of a job because of bad performance why would you go out and do drugs knowing full well what the consquences were (shane hmiel) and then lie about it to save your ass. That's just low and look now your paying for it. You begged they gave you one more shot and you blew it. Why cause you knew full well that no sponsor wanted to take you on and no team was gonna waste there time, money & efforts into supporting you cause you don't have anything good to show for it. So i'd take this time to look back on your NASCAR Career and your life now and say to youself "how did i ever get into this mess in the first place" so take this ban as a time to make you realize what went wrong, what you did wrong and how can i step up and make that change. I know that with your wife as a good support system you will be ok. You just need to make the effort and start by admitting you have a problem then go out and maybe check yourself into rehab then go spend sometime with your wife and then when your good and ready come back into racing and try your luck in some of the other series besides nascar and show not just NASCAR but the fans as well that you can and are willing to change for the better. We don't want you to be the most hated man in NASCAR but at least show us that you are a good person and can change.
